Originally from Illinois, Jennifer Chan currently lives in Irvine with her three children. As an Irvine resident, she primarily serves the real estate market in South Orange County communities. Jennifer began her career in real estate negotiating short sales in 2008. Inspired by the nature of this work, Jennifer earned her Florida real estate license shortly afterward.
Prior to pursuing her career as a Realtor®, Jennifer worked in finance and marketing. Among her many accomplishments, she worked with top financial advisors at Wachovia Securities and helped run and grow a multimillion-dollar book. Jennifer has exceptional organizational, marketing, and communication skills as well as ample experience in project management. She is also fluent in Spanish. Jennifer prioritizes integrity, transparency, and clear communication in all of her business transactions. She is passionate about delivering quality customer service and strives to meet all of her clients’ unique needs and schedules. Though they come to her as clients, they leave as friends, as Jennifer treats her clients like family.
Jennifer studied communications and psychology at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, following a stint of international travel after high school. Outside of work, she enjoys boxing, swimming, traveling, spending time outdoors, and taking long walks with her children and dogs around her Great Park neighborhood. She also enjoys photography, fitness, and crafting with her children. Jennifer is an enthusiastic member of her community and organizes and participates in many local initiatives.
